Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into clear development goals
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives and operational needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, enhance, and deploy monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure environments
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle activities including planning, feature definition, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement
  • Gather and analyze user requirements, system performance data, and operational feedback to inform product decisions
  • Ensure product quality and stability through rigorous testing coordination and validation of monitoring functionality
  • Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to align product capabilities with broader platform and operational goals
  • Provide clear documentation, release notes, and communication on feature progress and product roadmaps to internal stakeholders
  • Support incident resolution and troubleshooting by understanding technical system behaviors and monitoring outputs


Skills/Must have:

  • Strong understanding of Linux System administration (any distribution)
  • Good knowledge of Cloud & Network Infra structures 
  • Understanding of monitoring solutions (Nagios, Zabbix CheckMK ect...)
  • Technical degree or Fachinformatika
