They are looking for an experienced AI Automation and Low-Code Solutions Architect to design and deliver an AI-driven automation ecosystem using the Microsoft Power Platform. This contract role focuses on building action-oriented agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio that orchestrate end-to-end business processes. Work closely with business and technology teams to transform manual operations into scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions, focusing on orchestration, integration, and operational efficiency rather than conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio focused on task execution, orchestration, and decision support
• Build and manage scalable, reusable workflows in Microsoft Power Automate, including complex logic, approvals, scheduling, and error handling
• Integrate workflows with internal and external systems using REST APIs, HTTP connectors, JSON payloads, and custom connectors
• Identify and translate manual or fragmented business processes into automated, agent-driven solutions
• Monitor automation performance and operational impact using Microsoft Power BI and ensure governance, reliability, and maintainability

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on action-based agents rather than conversational chatbots
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, including flow design, expressions, error handling, and execution control
• Solid experience with API integrations (REST, HTTP), JSON parsing, schema validation, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
• Ability to design modular, reusable workflows using logic constructs such as variables, conditions, loops, and scopes
• Experience working with Dataverse and SharePoint for data/state management, along with basic monitoring via Microsoft Power BI
