Responsibilities:

  • Drive bulk MDU sales across territory
  • Own full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Target property owners and developers
  • Negotiate and close long-term agreements
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify new MDU opportunities
  • Collaborate with construction and operations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting


Skills / Must Have:

  • Experience selling into MDU environments
  • Bulk telecom or fiber sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Proven track record hitting revenue targets
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with hunter mentality
