Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain point-to-point wireless and fiber equipment at tower and customer sites.
• Lead and support tower deployments, including equipment upgrades and expansions.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and ensure optimal network performance.
• Keep accurate documentation and update CRM systems after every service or deployment.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed to address critical issues.

Skills/Must have:

• 3+ years of network engineering or field installation experience in ISP, WISP, or telecom.
• Proficiency with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Siklu, or similar wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Salary:

• Up to $110,000 base (depending on experience)
