Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess and understand their modern workplace requirements, design appropriate solutions, and implement effectively to best practice.
- Full Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations inclusive of all cloud application data such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Often including multiple tenants into one.
- Migration of legacy on-prem applications and file data to Microsoft 365.
- Google Workspace migrations across to the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Migration of on-prem Active Directory to Entra ID in line with a modernisation strategy and best practise
- Design, configuration and optimisation of SharePoint sites/libraries/workflows
Skills/Must have:
- Proven and comprehensive experience in both Microsoft 365 migrations
- Proven and comprehensive experience migrating Microsoft Active Directory architecture to Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of data structures and migrating legacy file repositories to SharePoint online.
- Strong understanding of information protection, data classification and security/DLP/Purview.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other relevant tools.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
