Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Motorola Capacity Max DMR systems across customer sites.
• Carry out system upgrades, configuration, and testing of network equipment rooms.
• Investigate and improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Provide fault diagnosis and Tier 3-level troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the operations and field teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Support major projects involving system migrations and infrastructure rebuilds.

Skills / Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with Motorola Capacity Max (Cap Max) systems or equivalent Tier 3 DMR platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of radio network infrastructure.
• Good fault-finding, diagnostics, and analytical skills.
• Enthusiastic, curious mindset - ideally someone who’s genuinely interested in radio communications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Nice to Have:

• Background in Motorola, Hytera, Icom, or other DMR vendors.
• Experience working with network equipment rooms, data centres, or radio infrastructure projects.
• Amateur radio background or personal technical interest in RF systems.
