Responsibilities:
- Deliver network infrastructure projects across global office, data centre, and colocation environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, firewall, and WAN connectivity issues across Cisco and Arista networks.
- Support major incidents and Tier 3 escalation during a rotating support week while maintaining network stability and performance.
- Develop and support network automation initiatives using Python within an Infrastructure as Code environment.
- Ability to work 3 days per week onsite.
Skills / Must Have:
- Strong enterprise routing and switching experience with protocols such as BGP across complex environments.
- Experience working with Cisco networking platforms and exposure to Arista.
- Hands-on experience managing firewall technologies such as Palo Alto or Fortigate.
- Network automation experience using Python (CCNP level networking knowledge or equivalent).
