Responsibilities:

• Deliver network infrastructure projects across global office, data centre, and colocation environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, firewall, and WAN connectivity issues across Cisco and Arista networks.
• Support major incidents and Tier 3 escalation during a rotating support week while maintaining network stability and performance.
• Develop and support network automation initiatives using Python within an Infrastructure as Code environment.
• Ability to work 3 days per week onsite.

Skills / Must Have:

• Strong enterprise routing and switching experience with protocols such as BGP across complex environments.
• Experience working with Cisco networking platforms and exposure to Arista.
• Hands-on experience managing firewall technologies such as Palo Alto or Fortigate.
• Network automation experience using Python (CCNP level networking knowledge or equivalent).
