Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve network incidents across a European and global scope, ensuring the stability and performance of critical network infrastructure.
- Monitor and operate complex environments, handling non-standard and high-level incidents that require strong analytical skills.
- Support RUN/Production activities as the core focus of the role.
Follow established ITSM processes using ServiceNow, ensuring high standards of communication, reporting, and operational compliance. - Contribute to project-based initiatives when needed to maintain visibility of the wider network landscape.
Skills/Must have:
- Bring strong experience within Cisco network environments, including LAN technologies such as Nexus and Catalyst, as well as wireless infrastructure and Cisco Catalyst Center.
- Demonstrate proven experience working in RUN/Production environments, with strong incident management capabilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Possess a solid understanding of technologies such as SD-WAN, ACI, VPNs, and network segmentation, with experience using tools like Wireshark and ServiceNow.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work in an international environment.
- Communicate professionally in English at a high level.
