Responsibilities:
- Configure, monitor, and maintain point-to-point wireless systems and fiber backhaul.
- Travel to local tower and customer sites to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot network equipment.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical network incidents.
- Support hybrid wireless-fiber deployments and customer activations.
- Maintain accurate CRM and documentation for network changes and service calls.
Skills/Must have:
- 3–5 years of network engineering experience within ISP, WISP, or telecom.
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Siklu/Siquligo (or similar wireless platforms).
- Ability to work independently and solve complex network issues in the field.
