Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of managed network software services
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
• Improve automation and operational tooling
• Work closely with customer engineering teams
• Track service performance and operational KPIs
• Support sales teams on new managed service opportunities
• Mentor and lead a technical operations team

Skills / Must Have:

• Background in telecom network operations or managed services
• Knowledge of optical networking and NMS platforms
• Experience with tools such as Ciena or Nokia systems
• Experience managing technical teams
• Familiar with change management and maintenance windows
• Understanding of ITIL service delivery frameworks

Salary:

• $110,000 – $130,000 + Incentive Plan
