Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical advisor during the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery through solution design and proposal support.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and architecture whiteboarding sessions with customers.
• Deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to technical and executive audiences.
• Design end-to-end enterprise and data center network architectures using:
• Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR, SD-WAN, ACI as applicable)
• Arista (EOS-based data center and high-performance switching architectures)
• Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, VPN, segmentation, Zero Trust)
• Architect secure perimeter, east-west, and hybrid cloud firewall solutions, aligned to customer risk and compliance requirements.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs, bills of materials (BoMs), and technical response documentation.

Skills/Must have:

• 7+ years in network and/or security engineering, with significant pre-sales or solutions architecture exposure.
• Background working for a VAR, SI, or MSP supporting enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Comfortable operating in customer-facing, revenue-influencing roles.
