As part of the team, you'll be responsible for supporting customers with their network infrastructure. Your role will involve a balanced mix of 1st, 2nd, and potentially 3rd line support, depending on your experience level.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference and customer support.
Skills/Must have:
- Networking understanding
- Understanding of Linux/Infrastructure
- Willingness to work in shifts
Salary:
- €20,000 - 30,000 DoE + Benefits
