Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
• Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference and customer support.

Skills/Must have:

• Networking understanding
• Understanding of Linux/Infrastructure
• Willingness to work in shifts

Salary: 

• €20,000 - 30,000
