Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network infrastructure, gateways and connectivity platforms
  • Perform first-line troubleshooting across Linux systems and IP networks
  • Analyse alerts and identify recurring patterns
  • Correlate alarms to reduce duplicate escalations
  • Execute defined incident response workflows
  • Escalate incidents based on severity and impact
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident records
  • Support platforms including Grafana, LoRaWAN portals, SIM platforms and VPN systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation


Skills / Must Have:

  • Linux fundamentals
  • IP networking fundamentals
  • Understanding of monitoring and alerting systems
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
  • Telecoms or infrastructure background preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work 5 days per week in the Bilbao office
