Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition from monitoring-only to active incident ownership
  • Define and implement structured NOC processes and escalation paths
  • Ensure alerts trigger defined workflows rather than manual forwarding
  • Implement alert correlation and pattern detection to reduce noise
  • Consolidate monitoring tools including Grafana, LoRaWAN portals, SIM platforms and VPN systems
  • Build, mentor and develop a technically capable NOC team
  • Establish KPIs and operational metrics
  • Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base
  • Act as stakeholder interface across technical and regional teams


Skills / Must Have:

  • Strong background in network or infrastructure operations
  • Experience building or scaling a NOC or similar function
  • Solid Linux knowledge
  • Strong IP networking fundamentals
  • Experience designing escalation and incident management frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Fluent English
