Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from monitoring-only to active incident ownership
- Define and implement structured NOC processes and escalation paths
- Ensure alerts trigger defined workflows rather than manual forwarding
- Implement alert correlation and pattern detection to reduce noise
- Consolidate monitoring tools including Grafana, LoRaWAN portals, SIM platforms and VPN systems
- Build, mentor and develop a technically capable NOC team
- Establish KPIs and operational metrics
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base
- Act as stakeholder interface across technical and regional teams
Skills / Must Have:
- Strong background in network or infrastructure operations
- Experience building or scaling a NOC or similar function
- Solid Linux knowledge
- Strong IP networking fundamentals
- Experience designing escalation and incident management frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent English
