Responsibilities:

  • Run and oversee day-to-day NOC operations and support tickets
  • Ensure customer SLAs are met and issues are prioritised correctly
  • Pre-stage and configure equipment prior to deployment
  • Schedule and coordinate engineer site visits
  • Act as a technical escalation point within the NOC
  • Take ownership of processes, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • Support and oversee the existing NOC Engineer


Skills / Must Have:

  • Previous NOC or service desk experience
  • Solid understanding of IP networking (routing, IP addressing, basic troubleshooting)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Background in telecoms, wireless, or IT infrastructure


Nice to have:

  • Cellular / wireless technologies (Peplink, Teltonika, point-to-point wireless)
  • CCTV or door entry systems
  • Starlink or emerging connectivity technologies
