We are seeking an experienced NOC Technician to join their team in Modena, working on-site five days per week. This role offers the opportunity to support business-critical systems, develop technical expertise across Windows, Linux, and networking environments, and work closely with internal stakeholders in a customer-focused setting.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues efficiently, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT and Network Support across business systems and infrastructure
- Deliver first-line and/or second-line support within a Service Desk environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Linux-based technical issues
- Support end users with hardware, software, and system-related queries
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance
- Assist with network-related support tasks as required
Skills/Must have:
- Previous IT Support and/or Network Support experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Windows and Linux troubleshooting
- Service Desk experience
- Basic networking knowledge
Nice to have:
- Network support experience (any vendor, e.g., Cisco LAN/WAN)
- Relevant technical certifications
