We are seeking an experienced NOC Technician to join their team in Modena, working on-site five days per week. This role offers the opportunity to support business-critical systems, develop technical expertise across Windows, Linux, and networking environments, and work closely with internal stakeholders in a customer-focused setting. 

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues efficiently, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT and Network Support across business systems and infrastructure
  • Deliver first-line and/or second-line support within a Service Desk environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Linux-based technical issues
  • Support end users with hardware, software, and system-related queries
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide clear technical guidance
  • Assist with network-related support tasks as required

Skills/Must have:

  • Previous IT Support and/or Network Support experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Windows and Linux troubleshooting
  • Service Desk experience
  • Basic networking knowledge

Nice to have:

  • Network support experience (any vendor, e.g., Cisco LAN/WAN)
  • Relevant technical certifications
