Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver and operate customer-specific OpenShift platform environments
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into secure, compliant, production-ready platforms
• Build and maintain automation pipelines using CI/CD, GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Implement and enforce security controls, compliance policies and operational best practices

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms
• Strong knowledge of automation, IaC, GitOps and DevSecOps practices
• Experience in securing and operating production-grade cloud-native environments
• Familiarity with regulated or sovereign environments, compliance frameworks and security standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English & Dutch (required)

Salary:

• €90 euro per hour
