Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and organized working environment across all data center locations.
• Execute installation and maintenance tasks according to operational procedures.
• Register and label connections in cable management systems accurately.
• Supervise third-party contractors performing on-site activities.
• Carry out remote hands tasks and incident responses as needed.
• Monitor and manage cabling stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support customer projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Uphold data center security policies and assist with internal/external audits.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
• Be part of the emergency response team and complete required training.

Skills/Must have:

• Strong technical understanding of structured cabling systems and data center operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
