Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end OSP construction from permitting through to activation
• Manage subcontractors and internal crews across multiple active projects
• Drive delivery against production targets, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
• Track project progress, budgets, and reporting metrics
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and local regulations
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and project closeout

Skills/Must have:

• 5+ years in OSP construction, with a management background.
• Strong knowledge of coax and fiber construction, including underground boring tactics, ability to read prints, as-built mapping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Smartsheet.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and maps.
