Join a growing turnkey fiber network provider delivering end-to-end FTTP deployments, from network design and permitting through construction to final delivery. The team is looking for an experienced OSP Fiber Project Manager to oversee projects across Arizona and surrounding markets. This hybrid role gives you ownership of fiber deployment projects from planning through construction, coordinating designers, field inspectors, construction partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance across all stages.

Take charge of large-scale fiber network initiatives and help bring reliable high-speed internet to communities!

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end OSP fiber deployment projects from design through construction and completion.
• Monitor design packages, construction plans, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Oversee field inspections and ensure build quality meets required standards.
• Support permitting processes and ensure projects meet local and environmental requirements.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the key liaison between field teams and internal leadership.

Skills/Must have:

• Experience managing OSP fiber or telecom infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of FTTH / FTTP deployments.
• Background in OSP design and construction coordination.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or field teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues proactively.
