Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing potential projects and creating detailed delivery plans covering scope, drawings, compliance requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Managing project financials, including cost tracking, revenue monitoring, and supporting invoicing processes
  • Providing regular updates to customers and internal teams through daily and weekly project meetings
  • Supporting and leading bid submissions, working with leadership to build strong, competitive proposals
  • Acting as a key technical contact for support, implementation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the full project lifecycle


Skills/Must have:

  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and encourage collaboration across all aspects of construction projects
  • Excellent communication abilities to clearly convey project goals and expectations to clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Solid problem-solving skills for handling challenges quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Exceptional organisational skills to oversee multiple projects at once and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Keen attention to detail to monitor regulatory compliance and uphold high-quality workmanship
  • A thorough understanding of construction principles combined with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • The ability to balance technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to drive successful project delivery
