Responsibilities:

• Automate deployment patterns across containerized and non-containerized workloads
• Build self-service infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
• Drive CI/CD improvements and advocate modern software delivery practices
• Enhance monitoring and alerting to surface meaningful signals and support proactive capacity management
• Research and implement technologies to improve orchestration, workload management, and system visibility
• Learn and support in-house tools for infrastructure management in a hybrid working model.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting high-performance, mission-critical trading systems
• Strong Kubernetes experience (deployment, troubleshooting, optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Python, Ansible, Terraform
• Solid Linux systems knowledge
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery best practices
