Responsibilities:

• Support land acquisition, site selection, and feasibility processes
• Lead technical and commercial due diligence across multiple sites
• Coordinate cross-functional teams prior to construction phase
• Manage early-stage budgets, timelines, and risk
• Interface with consultants, municipalities, utilities, and internal stakeholders
• Provide structured reporting to senior leadership

Skills/Must have:

• 3+ years’ experience within data centre development or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of site selection and due diligence processes
• Experience within hyperscale or colocation environments
• Stable career history with solid tenure
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Fluent or Native German required
