Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SME mechanical team to deliver complex energy-saving and cooling projects.
• Support digital-twin modeling projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Manage software-led cooling optimization and provide technical R&D support for the business.
• Oversee feasibility surveys, risk assessments, and value engineering for high-value client tenders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial design experience with a focus on Liquid Cooling or HVAC systems.
• Formal degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a specialized focus on Thermodynamics.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary project tenders.
• A proactive mindset interested in bridging mechanical design with IoT and software development.
