Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Access Design
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX

• $170,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
