Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams in Audio Visual, Security, and Communications projects.
- Supervise projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Take responsibility for preparing estimates, proposals, and bids, ensuring they are accurate, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.
- Oversee the financial performance of assigned programs, maximizing efficiency and profitability.
- Design and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall service quality.
- Act as the main client contact, maintaining excellent communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Guide, develop, and motivate team members to drive accountability and high performance.
Skills/Must have:
- Extensive experience managing Audio Visual, Security, or Communications projects or programs.
- Track record of success in estimating, bidding, and winning projects, contributing to business growth.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering complex technology initiatives.
- Strong financial skills with comprehensive P&L management experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
