Responsibilities: 

• Support Project Managers on internal and customer-facing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Order and track hardware equipment, coordinating logistics and shipments.
• Schedule service attendances and ensure resources are aligned to project timelines.
• Process invoices, retrieve acceptances, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Update and manage ERP systems with project, shipment, and financial data.
• Liaise with teams across Purchasing, Accounting, Operations, and Support to ensure smooth delivery.
• Help ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality requirements.

Skills / Must Have:

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Confident communicator able to coordinate between multiple teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in project coordination, logistics, or administration.
• Exposure to technical, telecom, or satellite-related environments.

Salary:
