Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated IT solutions (products, services, and packaged offerings).
  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination.
  • Develop and maintain master project plans, communication plans, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project health, manage risks, reconcile variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead technical meetings, document outcomes, and publish clear action items.
  • Create and manage change orders, ensuring scope and financial alignment.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO best practices aligned with PMI standards.
  • Present project updates, financials, and process insights to leadership.


Required Experience:

  • 5+ years managing IT projects independently.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale Microsoft, networking, and cybersecurity implementations.
  • Strong experience in VAR or MSP environments.
  • Expertise in building detailed project plans with technical SME input.
  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong risk management and change management experience.
  • Certifications & Education:
    • PMP (active) preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Technical Exposure (Preferred):
    • Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies
    • VMware environments
    • Enterprise networking solutions
    • ConnectWise or similar PSA tools
