Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated IT solutions (products, services, and packaged offerings).
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination.
- Develop and maintain master project plans, communication plans, and status reporting.
- Monitor project health, manage risks, reconcile variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead technical meetings, document outcomes, and publish clear action items.
- Create and manage change orders, ensuring scope and financial alignment.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous process improvement.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO best practices aligned with PMI standards.
- Present project updates, financials, and process insights to leadership.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years managing IT projects independently.
- Proven success delivering large-scale Microsoft, networking, and cybersecurity implementations.
- Strong experience in VAR or MSP environments.
- Expertise in building detailed project plans with technical SME input.
- Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong risk management and change management experience.
- Certifications & Education:
- PMP (active) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Technical Exposure (Preferred):
- Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies
- VMware environments
- Enterprise networking solutions
- ConnectWise or similar PSA tools
