Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation within customer networks.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure service targets and revenue goals are met while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service Delivery, Finance) and customer operations.
• Optimize project management processes and workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make complex decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Business acumen in telecom and networking services.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with Optical and Packet Transport Networks (advantageous).
• PMP certification (advantageous).
