Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing and internal telecom/network infrastructure projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines alongside sales and leadership
  • Build detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate engineering, field services, and staffing partners to ensure successful delivery
  • Track deliverables, manage risks, and proactively mitigate delays
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Provide consistent stakeholder communication through status meetings and reporting
  • Escalate challenges efficiently and drive cross-functional resolution
  • Ensure accurate documentation, as-built deliverables, and structured project close-out


Skills/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA required)
  • 2+ years’ experience managing technical or engineering projects
  • Experience within telecom, network infrastructure, or related environments preferred
  • Strong proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional, customer-facing teams
