Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Project Engineers and Integration Managers across multiple initiatives
- Organise and direct project activities involving internal teams, clients and subcontractors
- Support Project Managers and Directors in delivering effective project solutions
- Manage client and supplier relationships
- Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, logistics, budgeting and cost control
- Attend regular progress meetings with stakeholders
- Review and approve engineering documentation including drawings, specifications and procedures
- Monitor engineering deliverables and document control processes
- Provide reporting updates to PMO including scope changes and additional works
- Ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints
- Support risk management and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum 5 years’ design or engineering delivery experience
- Experience leading engineering teams or coordinating project delivery
- Knowledge of standard engineering design documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Oil & Gas EPC project experience (brownfield or greenfield)
- Experience with large-scale data network or collaboration infrastructure
- Knowledge of routers, switches and software-defined networking
- Certifications such as CCNP or relevant IT infrastructure certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware)
