Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Cisco Webex Contact Center integration projects from start to finish

Guide new customers through end-to-end implementations, from onboarding through successful migration

Collaborate with experienced Business Consultants, Customer Success teams, and fellow Project Managers

Coordinate efforts between Cisco, channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders

Lead onboarding and engagement phases while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Serve as a trusted advisor using your contact center expertise to support customers and partners

Build long-term, trust-based relationships through strong communication and delivery excellence


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Process-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Working knowledge of subscription-based IT services
  • Ability to understand and follow structured business processes
  • Experience leading workshops is highly preferred
  • Agile project management certifications (PRINCE2 Agile, PMP Agile, Scrum) and ITIL v4 required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience
