Responsibilities:

  • Manage all design and construction phases of new-build data center projects.
  • Act as the primary interface between internal teams and external consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Coordinate and manage consultants responsible for detailed design and construction management.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or deviations.
  • Manage contracts, suppliers, and contractors, including initiation of offers and purchase orders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with internal design blueprints, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Organise and lead regular project reviews with internal specialists to validate designs and execution.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of testing and commissioning plans, including acceptance testing.
  • Prepare projects for smooth handover to Operations and Facilities teams, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Represent the organisation professionally with municipalities, utility providers, and external stakeholders.


Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and structured delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing interests.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including contract and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality.
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
