Responsibilities:

• Manage cost and commercial aspects of large-scale data center construction projects
• Prepare, review, and manage tenders, contracts, and variations
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering
• Oversee subcontractor management, procurement, and payments
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to financial targets
• Work closely with project managers and directors to ensure commercial success

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or industrial projects
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Data center or fast-track project experience advantageous
• EU Citizenship
• Fluent English (German language a bonus!)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-moving environments

Salary:

• Up to €80,000 basic salary
