Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Data Center IT Managers across the region, setting clear goals and performance standards
• Own regional IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and consistent service delivery across all sites
• Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, risks, and operational issues, driving root cause and prevention
• Oversee regional infrastructure operations including servers, networking, storage, and high density GPU environments
• Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement across regional data center IT operations

Skills/Must have:

• Experience managing multi site or regional data center IT operations
• 8 plus years experience in data center IT operations with hands on infrastructure background
• 5 plus years people management experience leading managers or large technical teams
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, enterprise networking, and data center technologies
• Familiarity with HPC or GPU based environments
• Solid understanding of operational support models, lifecycle management, and ITIL ITSM practices
• Experience with project planning, cross site coordination, and change management
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision making skills
