Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex, component-level repairs on a variety of electronic equipment, including PCBs and microchips.
  • Conduct detailed fault-finding and diagnostics using multimeters and other specialized testing tools.
  • Carry out precision soldering and rework to high standards to ensure the longevity of repaired machines.
  • Document repair processes and results to assist the field engineering teams with recurring technical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring all tools and components are managed effectively.


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven practical experience in electronics repair (ideally 1–2 years of experience).
  • Strong proficiency in component-level troubleshooting and neat, high-quality soldering.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, to identify faults on complex circuitry.
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Meadowbrook, Crawley.
  • Indefinite Right to Work in the UK is essential (sponsorship is not available for this role).
  • Ability to pass a 45-minute on-site practical electronics test as part of the interview process.
