Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and repair satellite systems including VSAT, Global Xpress, and Iridium Certus.
- Attend on-board services to troubleshoot and diagnose technical product issues.
- Assist dealers and end-users with technical enquiries and product evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day cases and update service records within the CRM system.
- Create documentation for troubleshooting and technical knowledgebases.
- Perform risk assessments and adhere to safety regulations in industrial environments and at heights.
Skills/Must have:
- Background in Field Engineering with experience in basic electronics, wiring, and cabling.
- Previous experience in Fibre, Plumbing, or Electrical trades (Offshore/Maritime/RF preferred).
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to climb ladders, masts, and carry heavy tools.
- Valid EU27 work permit and a valid EU driving license.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
- Ability to travel globally at very short notice (approx. 10 times per year).

Salary:
- €4,000 – €4,500 monthly gross (standard range); up to €4,800 monthly gross for exceptional candidates.
