Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive pipeline strategy, deal reviews, and forecast accuracy using a structured, data-led approach.
  • Implement consistent sales cadence, performance metrics, and accountability across the team.
  • Support AEs in high-value client meetings and strategic opportunities.
  • Motivate and inspire the team, creating a high-performance, high-energy sales culture.
  • Build strong internal relationships across sales, pre-sales, and leadership.
  • Use Salesforce to track performance, manage pipeline health, and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to align on growth strategy and execution.


Skills / Must Have:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Team Leader / Player-Manager role.
  • Background managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with regular use of Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Demonstrable ability to coach, motivate, and improve performance.
  • Ambition to progress into senior sales leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer-facing skills.
  • Ideally Manchester-based, though flexibility is available for the right individual.
