They’re currently looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive growth and lead a high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll mentor and guide outbound sales professionals, spearhead strategic customer acquisition, and collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams. Your combination of sales leadership and networking expertise will be key to identifying opportunities, closing high-impact deals, and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales executives focused on Juniper-based solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition in enterprise and service provider markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and Juniper’s partner ecosystem.
  • Support complex sales cycles with technical insight into Juniper routing, switching, and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to craft compelling solution proposals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide ongoing training, and implement KPIs to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Juniper Networks and other technology partners.

Skills/Must have:

  • Proven track record in technical sales leadership, ideally within a networking or telecommunications environment.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Juniper Networks solutions (routing, switching, and/or security).
  • Minimum 3–5 years in outbound B2B sales, with experience managing or mentoring sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (e.g., MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
