Salesforce Business Analyst - Utilities

A consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a leading initiative within the UK Energy/Utilities sector. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support enhancements to the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead workshops to elicit requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Create functional designs and process maps using Miro.
• Write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria using Agile best practices.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements from Ofgem.
• Support Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams to refine requirements and support delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
• Experience in process mapping and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of GDPR consent management in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working as an individual contributor within delivery teams.

Desirable Experience:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Previous experience in the Energy/Utilities industry.

Contract Details:

• Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid - 1 day onsite per week)
• Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: 23 March 2026

Salary:

• £400 per day (PAYE)
