A consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a leading initiative within the UK Energy/Utilities sector. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support enhancements to the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead workshops to elicit requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Create functional designs and process maps using Miro.
- Write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria using Agile best practices.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements from Ofgem.
- Support Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams to refine requirements and support delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
- Experience in process mapping and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of GDPR consent management in regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working as an individual contributor within delivery teams.
Desirable Experience:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Previous experience in the Energy/Utilities industry.
Contract Details:
- Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid - 1 day onsite per week)
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: 23 March 2026
