Key Responsibilities
- Act as Test QA Analyst aligned to a SCADA agile workstream, reporting into the SCADA SME Analyst.
- Represent the Test QA function within agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on test readiness including environments, data, tooling, and resource planning.
- Assure test preparation activities including supplier test case mapping, script creation, and script updates.
- Review and assure defect management processes, ensuring defects are logged with the correct level of detail and evidence.
- Ensure testing follows the defined Test Strategy, Test Approach, and Phase Test Plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working as a Test QA Analyst or Test Assurance professional within large-scale programmes.
- Experience working in regulated, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial environments (SCADA experience highly desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience reviewing detailed test scripts, mappings, and test artefacts.
- Strong background in test preparation, execution, and evidence assurance.
