Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads across assigned market segments.
  • Develop and execute an acquisition plan, including revenue and cost forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on account-based campaigns and lead development.
  • Identify and engage potential customers (cloud, ICT, and enterprise clients).
  • Manage full sales cycles: opportunity development, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Align customer needs with available data-center and connectivity services.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account growth.
  • Coordinate project delivery with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipelines (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Act as customer advocate, ensuring feedback is captured and service quality continuously improves.


Skills/Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in account management or sales within IT, cloud, or data-center environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, and connectivity challenges faced by customers.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.


Salary:

  • 130,000 Francs Base 
  • 20% Comms
