They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a specialised R&D team responsible for integrating the core automation platform with third-party tools and complex customer environments. The role offers a hands-on opportunity to build and manage APIs, Kubernetes clusters, and integration pipelines, working alongside Network Architects and Software Engineers to ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and fully connected.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration with third-party companies using APIs to expand product capabilities
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in conjunction with third-party products
- Provide high-level technical support for the core product in live "battlefield" environments
- Collaborate with the R&D team to improve product deployment and integration workflows
- Work closely with the DevOps and Integration leads to refine the platform’s delivery model
- Ensure seamless communication between third-party APIs and internal software architecture
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in DevOps, specifically within a Kubernetes-centric environment
- Strong background working with major cloud or virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Rancher, or AWS)
- Proficiency in handling and scaling Kubernetes clusters
- Experience with API integrations and supporting software products in complex environments
- Ability to work onsite 3x a week within a fast-paced R&D team
Preferred Skills:
- Background in networking or exposure to Network-as-Code principles
- Experience with automation tools and modern CI/CD practices
- Prior experience at a vendor or high-growth infrastructure software company
