Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of MV and LV electrical systems on large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Manage electrical subcontractors and coordinate interfaces with other trades.
  • Oversee installation sequencing, testing, commissioning, energisation, and close-out.
  • Coordinate closely with client commissioning teams and OFCI vendors.
  • Manage busbar systems, UPS, generators, earthing & bonding, controls & protection systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with LOTO procedures and electrical safety standards.
  • Review electrical drawings, cable schedules, specifications, and submittals.
  • Manage RFIs and resolve technical queries related to electrical scopes.
  • Participate in BIM coordination and constructability reviews.
  • Monitor progress against programme, procurement timelines, and manpower plans.
  • Lead electrical progress meetings and provide structured reporting.
  • Support commissioning and structured handover to operations.


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience with MV/LV distribution in mission-critical environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • MV/LV power distribution
  • UPS & generator systems
  • Busbar systems
  • Earthing & bonding
  • BMS / PMS
  • Fire alarm & life safety systems
  • Experience managing commissioning, switching plans, and energisation processes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Autodesk, Navisworks, and Primavera P6.
  • Advanced German (B1/B2+) and fluent English.
  • Strong on-site leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
