Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, deployment, and optimisation of high performance AI cloud systems
- Perform hardware R and D testing and experiments directly within data center environments
- Troubleshoot complex issues across GPUs, networking technologies, PCIe, and server infrastructure
- Investigate hardware, software, and networking interactions to identify root causes and performance bottlenecks
- Develop and execute testing methodologies for GPU, InfiniBand, and high performance compute systems
- Monitor and analyse system performance, implementing tuning and optimisation improvements
- Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams to enhance platform reliability and efficiency
Skills Must have:
- Strong knowledge of modern server architecture within high performance GPU environments
- Hands on experience with GPUs, high speed networking, NVLink, and PCIe technologies
- Strong Linux experience with automation using Python and Bash
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system level issues across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience performing root cause analysis and performance optimisation in cloud or HPC environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform basic electronics modification including soldering and wiring
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the Linux kernel and experience troubleshooting at kernel level
- Experience using electronic measurement tools such as oscilloscopes or multimeters
