Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations
  • Assess source and target M365 environments and develop migration strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Execute migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Google Workspace to M365 transitions.
  • Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and secure identity transitions.
  • Migrate and configure Azure Active Directory users, groups, roles, and authentication policies.
  • Validate governance, compliance, retention, and security configurations post-migration.
  • Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and pre/post-migration support.
• Microsoft 365 Service Delivery
  • Deploy and migrate Microsoft Teams (including voice and collaboration workloads).
  • Implement security and compliance solutions including Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Conditional Access, and MFA.
  • Configure identity solutions including Azure AD sync, SSO, and passwordless authentication.
  • Support Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management initiatives.
  • Design backup, disaster recovery, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, Endpoint Management, and security solutions.
• Experience with migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, AvePoint, or similar.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience supporting pre-sales solution design and technical scoping.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-100/101 or equivalent).
• Preferred Background
• Large-scale M365 migrations, including mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Deep experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in accurately scoping complex migration engagements.

Salary:
