They are now seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team at their North London (Stanmore) office, supporting a growing portfolio of projects scheduled to commence in the New Year.
The organisation is experiencing sustained demand across multiple sectors and continues to expand its design workload across critical infrastructure projects in the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Develop mechanical building services designs for critical environments
- Carry out engineering calculations using industry-standard software
- Produce technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Conduct site surveys, inspections and condition reports
- Attend and contribute to technical meetings with consultants and contractors
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to graduates and junior engineers
Skills / Must-Have:
- Mechanical building services design experience
- Ability to develop designs with a degree of autonomy
- Strong willingness to learn and articulate clear career goals
- Engineering qualification (Degree, BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services)
- Awareness of mechanical or electrical design software
- SC clearable (Security Check)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience using Amtech, Revit, IES or Dialux
- Exposure to data centre or other critical environment projects
