Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable LAN, WAN, and wireless network solutions across multiple sites. 
• Support the operation and optimisation of a high-availability network environment. 
• Lead network design activities for new site deployments and office fit-outs. 
• Manage resilient WAN architectures, including dual ISP connectivity and failover. 
• Configure and maintain routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure. 
• Troubleshoot network incidents across routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity. 
• Monitor network performance and availability using enterprise monitoring platforms. 
• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, IP addressing plans, and configuration standards. 
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors on infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Technology Environment: 

• Core routing platforms include Juniper Networks and MikroTik. Enterprise switching and wireless technologies from Aruba Networks. 
• Routing protocols include BGP, OSPF, and VRRP. Network monitoring tools include PRTG, Zabbix, or Grafana. 
• Multi-site WAN environments support high-availability connectivity.

Experience Required: 

• Strong experience within complex network environments. Background in ISP, telecommunications, data center, or carrier networks is highly desirable. 
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and WAN technologies. 
• Experience supporting multi-site network infrastructure. Hands-on experience with vendors such as Juniper, Aruba, or MikroTik.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
