Ready to build and optimise the networks powering next-generation AI cloud platforms?
Join a fast-growing tech innovator transforming AI and cloud infrastructure with automated, scalable network solutions. As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and maintain high-performance networks across GPU-centric environments, supporting multi-fabric, Ethernet, InfiniBand, and DPU deployments. Take on this rare opportunity to work at the forefront of next-generation network automation, guiding organisations building “neo-cloud” environments and large-scale AI infrastructure from Proof of Concept through full production and ongoing support as their trusted technical lead.
Apply now to take ownership of complex projects, drive innovation, and shape the networks that power AI at scale!
Responsibilities:
- Lead customers through Proof of Concept (POC) environments and sandbox deployments
- Design and implement Data Centre networking solutions from scratch (servers, switches, routers)
- Support customers building next-generation “neo-cloud” and AI-driven environments
- Work closely with Sales during technical validation stages post-POC handover
- Deliver remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack
- Collaborate with hardware and software implementation teams where required
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
- Own 2–3 customer accounts at a time, acting as their primary technical contact
- Split focus approximately 50/50 between implementation and support (with flexibility toward support-heavy responsibilities for strong DC backgrounds)
Skills/Must have:
- Strong prior experience with Data Centre networking
- Hands-on experience configuring and designing DC networks from scratch
- Deep expertise in at least one major DC vendor: Cisco, Juniper, or Arista
- Proven experience working with switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model
Nice to have:
- Experience with high-performance networking solutions
- Experience with modern data centre Linux-based network operating systems (Nvidia, Cumulus, Mellanox)
- Exposure to network automation platforms and modern programmable networking
Benefits:
- Opportunity to work on next-generation AI and GPU infrastructure projects
- Exposure to cutting-edge networking solutions
- Ownership of high-impact customer environments
- Remote-first collaboration model
- High autonomy and technical influence
- Work on the future of automated cloud networking rather than legacy tooling
Salary:
- There is no fixed budget for this position. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with experience and expertise.
